Return / Exchange Policy

We offer a refund on any items purchased on www.risinglotusclothing.com – they must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached) and received within 14 days of purchase (i.e. the date listed on your receipt). Proof of purchase is required for all returns and shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the initial postage costs on all domestic or international orders.

Please note that sale items are not applicable for return, exchange or refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

For Exchange:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. After everything is checked and all good, we will ship out your desire exchange items within the next 1-2 business days.

For Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. After everything is checked and all good, you will receive your refund in the original form of payment approximately 5-7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please kindly check your bank account again. If you still don’t see it, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If still no luck, then please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
